The i|wait timer oculopressor is used to assist the distribution of anaesthetic agent, reduce chemosis and soften the eye in preparation for surgery.
It uses tungsten polymer in place of mercury or lead, to create the 'eye weight'. The 350 gram mass applies approximately 25mmHg of pressure evenly across the entire anterior surface of the eye.
ESTA, or "Eye Sugical Traing Aid" offers ophthalmic training colleges and eye banks a new level of realism for training the eneucleation procedure.
The designers of ESTA have gone to great lengths to create a training aid which is as anatomically correct and dimensionally accurate as possible. ESTA offers a training experience like no other.
Non-perishable and non-toxic, ESTA is suitable for any training or demonstration environment.
